Zoe Brickely began exploring the world of cheese during culinary school in New York City. From there she transitioned into the role of cave manager and American buyer at Murray's Cheese Shop. Currently, Zoe manages sales and marketing for Cellars at Jasper Hill and is enjoying the opportunity to work closely with producers in northern Vermont as well as all different types of customers across the country.
