Warren Reid has worked in the specialty cheese industry for the past 21 years. He has owned and operated award-winning cheese stores in the New York and Philadelphia metro areas for 18 of those years. As a retailer, Coach Farm cheese and yogurt were always part of his offerings dating back to 1990. He has worked in all aspects of the cheese business, cheesemaking, ripening room management, sales and marketing of cheese in retail and wholesale distribution. He has had the opportunity to share his passion for the industry through classes offered at local colleges and welcomes the opportunity to present at the Seattle Cheese Festival.
