Fresh Mozzarella Making Demonstration
DeLaurenti Food & Wine is famous for its fresh mozzarella, which is made in-house by the talented DeLaurenti staff. DeLaurenti demonstrates how easy fresh mozzarella is to make at the Mozzarella Making tent. They even throw in a burrata demonstration. What is burrata? Burrata is fresh mozzarella with cream added in the center. It’s very difficult to make, but it’s soooo worth it – rich and silky. It’s the non-plus ultra of fresh mozzarella.
